This Privacy Policy explains how Prem Inc. ("Prem", "we", "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our websites, mobile apps, or voice services ("Service").
1. Information We Collect

5. International Transfers
Data may be transferred to and processed in the USA or other countries with adequate safeguards such as SCCs.
6. Data Retention
- Account Data → retained while account is active + 30 days.
- Voice & Chat Transcripts → 180 days unless you delete sooner via settings.
- Billing Records → 7 years (tax compliance).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict your data, and to object to processing.
Email privacy@prem.ai or use in-app controls. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We employ TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, least-privilege IAM, and regular penetration testing. No method is 100% secure.
